How do I get into the group?

2. Can i pay online using Debit or Credit card?

LaunchPass is used for online payments and subscriptions. Following a successful payment on LaunchPass, you will receive an email with instructions sent to the email address you used to pay and register. The email will include an invitation link that you will use to join. Remember to send the LaunchPass-bot the activation code you received in your email. By joining the group, you agree to our Terms of Service.

3. What if I didn't receive an invitation link after signing up?

After signing up for LaunchPass, you will receive an email with instructions to the email address you used to pay and register. If you don’t see the invitation-link email, make sure the inbox you’re looking in is the one you subscribed to, that you entered the correct email address when subscribing, and that you haven’t checked your spam folder. 4. What is the payment procedure? Can I pay for my subscription using cryptocurrency?

Yes, you can pay your subscription fee using crypto. check our payment methods and procedure on all products/subscriptions pages.

5. Can i pay in PKR using Easypaisa, Jazz Cash or Bank account?

Yes, you can pay your subscription fee using bank transfer using Easypaisa, Jazz Cash, or a Bank account. Details are given on every product and services pages.

6. What is your cancellation and refund policy?

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that refunds are permitted only for 1 week after subscription, as all sales are final. If you have a refund question, please contact us at [email protected] You have the option to cancel your subscription at any time and continue to access the group for the remainder of your subscription period. Subscriptions are automatically renewed each month for monthly subscribers and annually for annual subscribers. Monthly subscriptions who used debit or credit card will be automatically charged at the end of each billing cycle. Manual payments like USDT or Bank transfer needs to pay and share their screenshots manually using Web Chat or DM any moderator in discord or Facebook. Annual subscriptions will be charged in full on the day you sign up and will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. Annual subscriptions give you access to the group for a full year.

7. What if i want to subscribe again ?

Any new members will be subject to the group’s current pricing. If you cancel your subscription and then rejoin the group, you will be charged the new subscription price. Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time and without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any price listed on a website other than ours.

8. How can I avoid being a victim of a scam?

Always remember We (Naz Capital’s staff) never ask first to pay. Always beware of scammers. They make a fake profile and represent us and ask you to pay.

9. Why did I get kicked out of the group? I didn't do anything malicious.

There are two reasons that you have been kicked from the group. One is payment, check if you pay via Debit or credit card and you have failed to pay for current month. Bot will automatically kick you from discord for non-payment. Second reason is may be you have violated any Community Rule. Check Below section to read Rules and Regulation of our Community.
